Overview

Support safety management for the Changi East development, including the future Terminal 5, so construction work complies with aerodrome safety, Workplace Safety and Health, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure construction activities comply with aerodrome, workplace and site safety requirements.

• Support development and improvement of safety-management systems for Terminal 5 works.

• Manage safety-related projects.

• Explore technology that strengthens safety and operational effectiveness.

• Work with stakeholders to maintain safety procedures.

• Organise safety training programmes.

• Conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders.

• Serve as secretariat for stakeholder meetings and key milestones.

• Prepare meeting agendas.

• Monitor and report performance indicators.

• Compile safety data for trend analysis.

• Review risk assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with one to three years of relevant experience, preferably in safety management.

• Strong drive and initiative, meticulousness and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
